📚 I’ve been teaching since I was 17 years old — that’s more than half my life spent with amazing kids!
✈️ I love traveling and learning languages. I’m working on Spanish and French so I can write books in all three languages for my readers.
🎶 I write sometimes write with music playing — sometimes gospel, sometimes Disney songs, sometimes a little Christian R&B!
✍🏾 My very first book idea came to me when I was only 19 years old.
🌈 Sassy Sapphire (from Seriously, Mom?!) is inspired by my real life!
🧮 My favorite subject is math—puzzles, patterns, and problem-solving make me smile.
🍕 Pizza is my all-time favorite food. Kids usually agree with me on that one!
🐴 I love horses. I’ve seen lots of them up close (and even petted a few!), but I’ve never ridden one… yet.
